Data Deletion
Last updated: July 24, 2026
You can delete your data from Marketing Dashboard at any time. We offer two ways: do it yourself in the app, or send us a request and we will remove it for you.
Option 1 — Delete it yourself
- Disconnect Meta: go to the Accounts page and remove the connected Meta account. This stops all syncing and deletes the stored access token.
- Revoke our access on Facebook: open your Facebook Business Integrations settings and remove Marketing Dashboard.
- Disconnect Google: go to the Google Businesspage and remove the connected Google account. This stops syncing, deletes the stored access and refresh tokens, and removes the associated reviews, location, performance, and Q&A data.
- Revoke our access on Google: open your Google Account → Third-party access settings and remove Marketing Dashboard.
- Delete your account: contact us (below) to fully delete your account and all associated data.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
Email [email protected] from the address associated with your account, with the subject “Data Deletion Request”. To help us locate your records, include the name of the connected ad account(s) if you can.
What we delete
- Your account and profile (name, email, password hash).
- Your encrypted Meta and Google access/refresh tokens and connection records.
- All synced advertising insights and any first-party conversion data.
- Your Google Business Profile data: reviews and replies, location details, profile performance, search terms, and questions.
We process deletion requests within 30 days. Some records may be retained where required by law, and anonymized/aggregated data that cannot identify you may be kept.
