Privacy Policy

Marketing Dashboard (“Marketing Dashboard”, “we”, “us”) provides a dashboard that connects to your Meta (Facebook) advertising account and displays your own ad performance. This policy explains what data we access, why, how we store it, and the choices you have. By using the service you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

We collect only what we need to run the dashboard:

  • Account details — your name and email address when you register, used to create and secure your account.
  • Meta authorization— when you click “Connect Meta” you grant access via Facebook Login. We receive an access token and your public profile. We request the ads_read permission, which is read-only.
  • Advertising data — read-only ad performance metrics for the ad accounts you choose to connect (spend, impressions, clicks, results/conversions, and related insights), stored per day so we can chart trends over time.
  • First-party conversion data — if you push your own conversion events to us, we store them to compare against Meta-reported results.

We do not create, edit, pause, or delete your ads, and we do not access data from ad accounts you have not connected.

2. How we use your information

  • To display your ad performance dashboards, KPIs, and charts.
  • To generate in-app alerts about your campaigns’ performance.
  • To authenticate you and keep your workspace secure.
  • To operate, maintain, and improve the service.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use your advertising data for advertising or share it with third parties for their own purposes.

3. How we store and protect your data

  • Your Meta access tokens are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM).
  • Passwords are stored only as salted hashes; we never see them in plain text.
  • Data is isolated per workspace (organization); members of one workspace cannot access another’s data.
  • Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel.

4. Data sharing

We share data only with infrastructure providers that host the service (for example, our cloud hosting and database providers) strictly to operate it on our behalf, and when required by law. We never sell personal data.

5. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you disconnect a Meta account we stop syncing it; when you delete your account we remove your personal data and associated advertising data. See Data Deletion for how to request removal.

6. Your rights and choices

  • Disconnect anytime — remove a connected Meta account from the Accounts page, and revoke our access in your Facebook Business Integrations settings.
  • Access, correct, or delete your data by contacting us or following the Data Deletion instructions.

7. Children

The service is intended for advertisers and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, notify you in-app.
