Terms of Service

Last updated: July 24, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Marketing Dashboard (the “Service”), operated by Carselona. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Marketing Dashboard is a dashboard that connects, with your authorization, to your Meta (Facebook) advertising account and your Google Business Profile. It displays your ad performance and your Google reviews, location performance, and questions; lets you reply to reviews; and can forward reviews to destinations you configure. The Service does not place, manage, or modify ads on your behalf, and it does not modify your Google Business Profile except to post the review replies you write.

2. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • You must connect only ad accounts you are authorized to access, and your use must comply with the Meta Platform Terms and applicable advertising policies.
  • You must connect only Google Business Profiles that you own or are authorized to manage, and your use must comply with the Google APIs Terms of Service and the Google Business Profile policies.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Meta’s policies.
  • Attempt to access data belonging to other users or workspaces, or circumvent the Service’s security.
  • Reverse engineer, resell, or abuse the Service or its underlying APIs.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

4. Your data

You retain all rights to your advertising and conversion data. You grant us a limited license to access and process it solely to provide the Service. Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Third-party services

The Service relies on the Meta Marketing API and the Google Business Profile APIs. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for Meta or Google. Your use of their platforms is governed by their own terms, and changes to their APIs may affect the Service’s availability or features. Our access to and use of Google user data is described in our Privacy Policy and complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

6. Availability and changes

We provide the Service on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We aim to keep the Service running reliably but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy of any metrics displayed. Advertising metrics are sourced from Meta and may differ from Meta’s billing or other reports.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Carselona will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or advertising spend, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, the data-deletion provisions of our Privacy Policy apply.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, notify you in-app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
